In September 2023, Oslo adopted a new Stormwater Guidebook "Requirements and Guidance for Stormwater Management in the City of Oslo". The guide will help developers and residents make the city more resilient to heavy rain and urban flooding while utilising stormwater as a resource in the urban landscape.
